We are now offering Holotropic Breathwork workshops to individuals or groups, ranging from two to four.

For the individual sessions or those for two, Isabelle and I will act as sitters, which will seriously reduce the duration of the workshop, since there will be only one breathing session. It will be possible to arrive for lunch, breathe in the afternoon, and take some time to integrate before leaving in the evening.  For groups of three or four, there will be, as usual, two breathing session during the day. Hence, the schedule will look very much like the one we have during a regular one-day workshop.

You can organize this workshop any day at your convenience (even during the week), depending ou our availability.

The cost of an individual session is of 250 $, and of 320 $ for a group of two*.
