Alain Menier<\/strong> obtained his certification as a holotropic breathwork facilitator in 2011 and has since organized over 130 group workshops and worked with over a thousand people. He also offers Holotropic Breathwork workshops in Toronto<\/a>. He has lectured extensively on the links between perinatality and the psyche, as well as on the work of Stan Grof, and was coordinator in Montreal for various MAPS studies between 2017 and 2022. He is passionate about music.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Isabelle Cl\u00e9ment<\/strong> trained with Grof Transpersonal Training between 2008 and 2011, and has been assisting Alain in holotropic breathwork workshops ever since. She has also completed the first two years of training at CRAM (Centre de relation d’aide de Montr\u00e9al). She returned to school to learn the craft of ceramics in her early fifties. She continues her personal exploration in this creative and meditative activity, in addition to offering her motherly, reassuring presence in workshops. She obtained her certification as a Grof Breathwork facilitator in June 2023.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Maybel Gelly<\/span><\/b> began practicing holotropic breathwork in 2011 and obtained her GTT certification in 2016. She has regularly facilitated workshops in Gatineau and in Montreal since then. She now offers workshops in Quebec City<\/a>. She completed her master’s degree in social work in 2024.
